Boot won't... close!

Just can't get the boot to close. The catch looks aligned and the release button is working fine. Tested it with a screw driver and seems to work.

Has anyone had this issue before? Any tips would be gratefully received?

The catch on the bootlid is adjustable, possibly slipped up, so not making catch. If you adjust it do bolts up tight.

I had a similar problem a while ago - the boot lid just wouldn't shut. Tried the adjust the bolts bit but no joy :-(

I ended up watching very closely as the boot shut where the the "lug" on the boot lid engaged and then got hold of this "lug"and bent it a little with my hands. (wasn't too difficult).

No probs since
