front indicator bulbs
Discussion
Hi
What type of bulb is used in the front indicators on the Tuscan? I want to change the orange bulbs for some blue ones. Ive always though its a bit pointless fitting clear indicators just to stick an orange bulb in that shows through anyway. It seems I have to remove the bonnet (must be interesting on the side of the road whaen a head light fails!) so thought it best to get some before hand.

putting blue bulbs in will get you stopped without doubt.
If you take out the orange bulbs and spray with a silver paint you will find the bulbs are no longer visible but still show orange when on.
The "blue" bulbs you can buy light up orange, just look clear through the lense when not on. Trie the paint thing in the passed but found they burn out real quick, not normaly a problem but when you have to take the bonnet off ......
