Hi All,
Last month I fitted new door seal rubbers to my Tuscan (The ones that everyone recommends) . The car now seem to leak more than ever! where did I do wrong !?!
Plus the passenger door now seem to need re-adjusting as its a complete ass to close... Does anyone have the instruction on how to re-adjust/setup the doors ?? I can't find the instruction that I know are here!! Bloody PistonHeads sort out your search engine!!!

Cheers

Andy

Go to google and type in:

sitetongue outistonheads.com/gassing

Leave a space afterwards and enter what you're looking for.

For some reason adding the "/gassing" makes a HUGE difference to the results you get.

Ive got the same problem with mine, seems to be leaking in at the top front corner where the roof, door and window meets on both driver and passenger sides. Ive also had the passenger door adjusted again. frown

The door seals (should) have another rubber/plastic tube inserted into the hollow section of the seal, around the front of the doors. This gives a much tighter seal against the door & window.

Check your old seal if you've still got it.

I used plastic "beer hose" when I did mine years ago, inserted thru' the drainage cutouts in the seal where it runs along the sill.
