Got water on my mirror control panel on door card

So after a wonderful weekend of driving the tuscan I decided to clean it! Owned it for over 3 years now and this is the first time i've done this. I've always had water leaking in somewhere since owning the car (an on going project, changed most rubber components already). Anyway I managed to get some water onto the mirror controls and now the mirrors are doing wired things like taking turns to move on their own. In my lunch break I stripped the door down and removed the control unit, cleaned with contact cleaner then used a hairdryer to dry it all out. After all this it still doesn't work properly, not even the green leds come on when I turn on my sidelights.

Have I fluffed it up? Who fixes these units?

Not the fuse as everything is working but not as it should, I suspect the there is still moisture under the chip which is causing it to short! I'll give it a chance to dry out more.

Anyone had one repaired?

Perfect, i've already stripped it down, my micro-switches are intact but the board looks like it could do with a service. My main concern is my green leds don't luminate which irritates me, let's see what I can do!

I'm sure my one really shouldn't be working, but somehow it's fine

I've had similar symptoms when water got into the connectors inside the door.
