I'm new to this forum & TVR's in general.
I'm looking to buy a Tuscan Speed 6 within a couple of years, but want to do my homework first. This is the only production car I've ever really lusted after, closely followed by the Cerbera.
My biggest concern is why are there so many Tuscan's advertised with 'New engines' or 'Re-built engines' ?
Surely these were designed to be raced. I've heard something about the Finger followers (or Cam folowers) needing upgraded; is this the problem?

Do a search, under engines or re-builds, you'll find stacks of info on the subject. It's been and still is thrashed to death on a daily basis.
