I am in a similar position except I have already booked a new S. I reckon if you were to sell now in the "summer" ( floods, plague etc permitting ) and your car is as good as you say then a dealer PX should give you around £32-33,000. Poss less for a walk away sale. Privately, you could advertise for £35,000 plus, but do you really want the hassle? Remember, a dealer will service and also presumeably offer some sort of warranty. They will also want to make a minimum of £1500-£2000 if its a straight sale. If you are buying a new one then a better deal may be struck. I had 4 so called interested private parties in my car, but not one followed it through to view despite loads of empty promises, their loss I reckon.
Good luck.
