Draft from seat belt locator (Mk 1)

Good Morning,

This might just be the way the cars were designed but I have a really cold draft coming through the gap where the seat belt goes down to the inertia reel/anchor point, this is an issue both on the driver and passenger side. Has anyone else noticed this and is there anything that can be done to resolve it?
