... maybe the wife is too big to get into it!!!???biggrin Has only owned the car about three months, so it sort of makes you wonder if some major problem has suddenly been discovered? And no history... they say if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!

there is the normal efi fault pop up now and then due to cats been removed .

only got 1 key and remote which the rumber button off the fob is missing a cheap easy fix off ebay to be honest i forgot that bit,

windows go up and down no problem via switches but need setting up according to the tvr sites, not a clue how do it.

advisory was a slight buckled alloy which is another common problem according to the http://www.mytuscan.co.uk/tuscan.php great site.

tells you alsorts.

but the alloys are very cheap to buy from tvr £149

had the car about 3 months now iv done about 600 miles in her and been honest runs a dream .

slight wear on the leather on the bolster on the drivers seat not bad at all nothing a leather dye wont sort out.

hope this helps might of put you off a bit lol but best been honest as saves time and me looking a drip on the day when someone comes to collect or buy it.

if theres any part of the car you want pictures of let me know.

kind regards.

Thanks Graham. All sounds a little fishy to me... shame, what a lovely looking car, but I fear that there are a few undisclosed problems lurking under that beautiful exterior!!!

Sometimes it's just the little things that have me questioning the integrity of sellers. For example, the eBay ad says that there is no tax but can be taxed at the buyer's expense; fair enough. But then, just a couple of sentences away, the mileage will go up as the car is in regular use. Right, so which is it?

That's bizarre, that chap has just offered it to me for a straight swap for my 911 (up at £10950 on PistoHeads classified currently)

How much is this TVR really worth in you fellas honest opinion??

Always fancied a Griffith years ago, but stuck with German for the sake of reliability...

Cheers
Steve
