Flashing window LED's

I thought if the lights flashed whilst you were driving it was due to a didgy encoder? I replaced this and the window works perfectly, but my light still flashes....any ideas why? the Pax side one doesn't flash yet the encoder isn't working fully on this side?

I remember reading a post several months ago about this. Mine does the same. When I swapped the door ecu's over the flashing moved with the ecu. Apparently TVR changed the ecu at some posint so that the led's don't flash. It sounds like we both have one earler and one later door ecu.

I've just tried to look back through the Tuscan posts to find the post but the PH search function is down. Try swapping the door ecu's and see if the flashing led moves. It's bl**dy annoying when driving at night!

Cheers I'll give it a go! Yes its very annoying! Dring to and from work in the dark it's SO obvious!

I too have similar, passe
nger side flashes when driving and drivers side is on. I swapped ECUs and it swapped over. Early cars the LED flashed when driving, mine is a 2000, later TVR changed it a steady light on. I found this out from a guy who repairs them, can't think who now but he is known on here and very helpful

Mine is the same as PaulG and S6D: flash on passenger side and fixed on drivers.
What is the fix for this, if there is one? Obviously this is distracting at night because you see the flash reflected in the the passenger side window.
I'd like a mod which makes the led just stay on, ala drivers side.
