Actually a sort of Spotted really!

(Disclaimer about the risk of getting Pwig over-excited etc etc )

Because the Chim was blocked in I had to take the Rover 25 on the school-run to Epsom this morning. Delighted to find that one of the other kids was being dropped off from a black X-reg Mole Valley plated Tuscan. Followed it out of the gate and managed to keep on its tail (my windows open of course ) for the next 3 miles towards Headley. He tried to shake me off in heavy, sometimes stationary traffic, but I was there for the ride and no one was getting between me and a TVR.

So if you were surprised to see a wedgie blue rover 25 still in your mirrors after all those turns

I think your answer is there, plus it sounds like he had his kid with him.

Yes, like that guy in the Griffith obviously.

Errr...I was being sarcastic actually (is there a smiley?) we probably never got above 20mph as it was nose to tail. Driver had already dropped his kid off at the school - presumably explains why he was driving his Tuscan at such outrageous speeds (for clarification, I'm still being sarcastic but perhaps with an added tinge {not "minge"} of irony).

Now what's this Griffith got to do with this?

What guy in what Griffith?

@rse! For 'Griffith see 'Tuscan' and I presumed it was a man driving because the original post did say 'He', but I suppose he could have been assigning a gender to the car.

So much for my attempt at a (moderately) amusing reply. Back to the humour drawing board...
