power steering hose

I have a 2001 mk 1 Tuscan and I need to replace the power steering hoses from the reservoir to the rack, does any body know the internal bore diameter of the hose.Thanks

If you had asked this last week i could have told you as mine was out! Its around 10mm but am not 100% sure, easy job tho!

slightly different question how do you change the steering oil? without damaging the pump?

It would be difficult to change it all, you will have changed 95% of it when you top up after replacing the hose. Am now wondering if its more like 12mm hose, sure its written on mine but am not close to my car at the mo!

i think the feed hose is 5/8 internal bore and the return hose is 1/2" internal bore
