New Tuscan S rear discs

I've just bought a pair of Tuscan S rear discs from power, got them in the post today which was great of Dom (thanks Dom great service!) as he didn't charge me for postage (Fraxton went up to powers last Friday to have some work done and brought me back a full set of brakes etc to save me postage, then as Dom was about to give them to Francesco he noticed that AP had boxed them up wrong and weren't the 298mm discs, so sorted it out and sent them to me today foc) anyhoo...they are different to my original discs as in the drilled holes, they are smaller and more of them! They also don't say AP racing on them anywhere and if I'm honest (Ive used Ap racing formula 6 pots before on a r33 gtr) don't look as good quality as usual AP racing stuff (though mind you they aren't the price of the GTR ones!!)....can anyone enlighten me on this?

Do you mean the heat dissipation holes or are the multi stud hub?

I rang earlier but they must've closed as it was half 5 after all. I'll give them a buzz tomo but thought I'd ask on here if anyone else had bought some new 298mm rear discs lately as AP may have just changed the design?

I menat the drilled hols on the braking surface not the 5 wheels bolt holes.

I'm just trying to find out the above info before I fit them. I'm sure they're fine, its just that they're different to the oem ones, and also different to the picture on powers website, and racetech's one...in fact a totally different design???

Sorted! They are the new design AP has made to reduce brake squeal!

I have those exact discs to go on my s too, got a bit of a shock when i opened the box! 2nd time lucky as i got sent smaller discs the first time

Yep! I fitted them today so all is good!
