I have a MK1 Tuscan S and am looking for an indoor car cover.

Given the "S" has an aerial in the middle of the boot lid and a spoiler at the back end I would assume a normal Tuscan cover may not be suitable. Anyone any experience of what may/may not be suitable?

Thanks

Richard

Does the aerial unscrew? That would be on problem off your list.

Fair point and may be worth checking (though could become a pain), I was wondering what other owners used...

There's no aerial on my mk1 S, I think it's in the front left wing. I got my cover from covercraft albeit for outdoors...

Thanks, I'll have a look at theirs. I have the standard aerial within the n/s/f wing and a DAB aerial in the middle of the boot lid...

I have the DAB radio too but no aerial on the boot (52 reg S model). The reception is a bit rubbish on DAB though! The covercraft cover I have is their new (ish) weathershield hp model which is breathable and very good quality and washable in the washing machine). The fit is excellent, but they're not cheap!

I have an 'S' and simply unscrew the aerial by hand. It takes a few seconds and I drop it in the boot where I keep the cover when the Tiv is being used. That way I see the aerial when I put the cover in the boot and remember to put it back on. Simples! (Not sure if all aerials are the same though)

Classic additions will make you a bespoke fully fitted Union Flag car cover, which looks amazing when you open the garage door! (circa £450 tho)

I have a classic additions tailored car cover for a Tuscan S, albeit mk 2, that I may be prepared to sell as I no longer need it (due to obscene levels of obsessiveness on keeping new garage clean and free from junk). PM me if interested.
