After adjusting the valves and putting the cam cover back on, I'd like to use a cam cover gasket instead of using sealant. Sealant, synonym for mess.
I guess, the firms who can supply such a viton cam cover gasket are Racing Green TVR and maybe Raceproved.
Any expierences or other suppliers?

When I did my valve clearances recently I used the cam cover gasket from racing green. It fits really well and racing green had it to me in 1 day.

When I removed my oil tank and flushed it there was little bits of sealant collected in the mesh filter. Whether that was bits that dropped off the cam cover I can't be sure, but there's not a huge number of places for it to have come from.

The trick with gasket sealant is to apply a thin bead and then let it go off for 40 mins or so before fitting the cover
no mess with this method, and hopefully no bits squeezing out and ending up in the sump wink

Was not impressed with the viton gasket
When hot it softened and expanded a bit...bulged out around the
Cover screws...and leaked oil onto manifold !!!
Rg said they glue it the cover with evostik !

Just make one from gasket card. An hours work with a sharp knife
And reusable many times

I bought the viton gasket last year and had the same problem as petrolheadpete after a bit of messing around I got it to fit better, this year I took it off to check valve clearance and it fell apart so couldn't reuse £70 down the drain!
Now I just use gasket sealant I bought from toolstation good price too.

TBH It was an old school mechanic mate that told me how it should be done, after pouring scorn on my messy efforts tongue out

His words were " your supposed to be making a gasket substitute, not gluing the parts together"

wise words, and common sense when you think about it.

RG fitted the Viton gasket to mine four years ago, no problems & the cam cover has been off twice since then.
