Upgrade of Alarm Fob

Hi, I have emailed Carl Baker and awaiting his reply, but in the mean time does anyone know or had done the upgrade of the old style alarm key fob. The plastic push button on mine is starting to fail, and I would like to get something sorted with it. Can it be done by just sending parts of the alarm away, or would I need to take the car too. Any info welcome

I beleive you can get a replacement and reprogram yourself if you have a working fob...

Thanks, makes interesting reading. Not sure I would want to have a go incase I screw it right up. I also wanted to get the ignition key built into the fob.

Have a look at the Abacus alarms website. It shows the fob case options and prices.
