hi i dont think i drive right on the edge!i just want a pleasurable drive, whilst being safe of course!
im not bothered that nikels cost £100 less than gaz gold pro's just thought someone may have had experience with them and they might be more suited to me?

My experience of Gaz was squeaks and leaks, steer clear and go for Nitrons

I was running GAZ nickets for 3 years and had no problems, but I have changed over to nitrons, and even I can tell the difference in the ride quality.

I have Gaz Nickels fitted to my Cerbera. Seem fine to me, however I did have the car setup and corner weighted after. I don't do track days etc but have to say she handles beautifully on the road, feels very much like my old Ford Puma - i.e bloody brilliant!
No sign of an squeaks etc from mine either, to be honest I am really pleased with them for the price.

Hi
Squeaking is now history on Gaz Shocks but I would point out that the difference between Steel and Gaz Gold Pro on price is now only £75 due to increased plating costs, personally I'd go for the Aluminium shocks every time if the car was a keeper.

The issue with Gaz is you may well likely just replace them with 2013 leaky shocks....

I had Gaz Gold Pros fitted to my car last year. Went down to see Derek (AbShocks) to have the geo set up at "bubble and kick racing". Cant speak highly enough of both of them. Did a great job between them and have tracked the car since and it handles as it should.

No leaks, no squeaks...
