What type of clutch fluid is needed? for tvr tuscan s 2006
Discussion
I think my Tvr is leaking clutch fluid. It is almost impossible to put it into first gear. After the car is going its easier to put into 2nd and 3rd gear but i stopped driving it because i am not sure how to check clutch fluid.
How do you check Clutch fluid?
What type of clutch fluid does a 2006 Tvr Tuscan take?
Thank you

Hi Alex,
I had this exact problem, ended up changing the clutch slave cylinder, didn't fix it, and so changed the master cylinder and that did the job.
The clutch fluid I used is here

The clutch fluid reservoir is in the drivers footwell, To check the clutch fluid just unclip the yellow cap off the lid and a little white stick should float up, roughly an inch of visible float is needed.
I didnt check my master cylinder prior to changing my slave, could have saved myself a lot of time if I had. I would recommend having a look at it, you just need to take the pedal cover off to see it, mine was obviously dripping fluid.
