Noticed small patches of oil on the garage floor under the gearbox.

After a run, there was a palm sized patch left under the car on the drive.

Doesn't seem to be red though.

Any ideas?

Poor Coke on the patches and leave for an hour or so then hose off.

Voila! No more trace of oil. silly

No need to thank me.

A valid point; high- grade coke would be a bit OTT budget- wise clap

The bulk of that oil looks like its rolling back off the crank case. Have you wiped it clean then rechecked the following day.

It could be the crank shaft oil seal but my guess would be the slave cylinder seals. But can't quite see from that pic where it is leaking from.
