passenger window wont work, help

hi everybody out there, can anybody help, my passenger side window wont work. I have checked the connections, swopped the switches,so I know its not the switch.I have taken drivers side door panel off, disconnected blue/ black plug,and joined wire from that plug to passenger plug and then the window will work.So this means the window motor is working,so any further ideas.Before I pull whats left of my hair out!!!!
