Boot failing to open - how do I get in if the switch doesn't do its thing? Car is running fine apart from my inability to put more fuel in.....

Have you tried opening the passenger door and then trying the boot? I had it on mine in Germany on a road trip, spent a while gaining entry via the 'secret' entry method, only for the Mrs to get out of the car, sit on the back of the boot & pushed the button & it opened first go! Apparently there's some for of anti hijack function which causes it?!

If that doesn't work, use the secret entry procedure & take then button apart. It can sometimes require a penny sticking to the back of the badge in order to contact the switch.

The last one is to switch the door controllers over from one side to the other.

One of these will work' just got to work out which!
