Im thinking of putting my tuscan on Ebay but wasnt sure what the charges are,is it a fixed rate for cars or does it go by how much the car sells for??

Goes by how much the car goes for, as well as what options you choose when you put it on there. If you go to list and then cancel during it will generally say what prices you would have had to pay.
