Squeaky rear window
Discussion
A couple of questions folks,
1 - Can anyone advise what silicone spray product should be used to lessen the squeaks off the rear perspex window?
2 - Can anyone recommend a good product for removing dead flies off the front of the car, the service bonnet is splattered in them and they are a pig to properly remove.
Thanks
Richard

Richard,
Re: 1) Any good haberdashers shop should sell silicone spray. I believe the curtain trade folks use it to lubricate the track. Alternatively, a grp moulding place should sell mould release spray - aka silicone.
2) Dead insects - either use some of the purpose sprays at your local factors/Halfrauds or lots of warm soapy water.

Thanks for the replies, I bought some "3 in 1" silicone spray today which i've applied - am heading to Aberdeen on Friday so will see if there is an improvement.
Also bought some Autoglym insect remover which seems to have worked a treat on the service bonnet, it cleaned up nicely with minimum pressure, wiping.
Cheers
