Starting to disassemble the front suspension for a freshen up, hoping to remove some of the skittish front end on bumpy roads. It’s a Mark 1, 2001 car with the 3mm spacers already. So the questions are:
Shocks, Gaz Gold ??, but where from is the best price currently?
Drop links; are they TVR only or off something else?
Top ball joint, what tool is used to get at the four bolts holding it to the hub. They are hex head; I guess I need a long reach type one, what size are they?
Track rod ends, what from or again a TVR delights?
Finally for those that have done this, did you raise the rack and if so by how much.
Appreciate it will need a set up afterwards, any help on the above would be great

Thanks

David

You will need to cut down an allan key to remove the bolts on top of the ball joints.
