What size speakers?

What size are the std speakers in a 2001 car with the 4 speaker upgrade ? - they look like 4" and 5 1/4", but I cant be arsed taking them out to measure them

thanks yes - 4" for the rollbar ones, the rears look like 5 or 5 1/4" - anyone else know whos replaced the factory Pioneer jobbies?

replaced the ones shown in the picture with 5" Focals and seperate tweeters, powered by a Genesis amp.

Phil did you have to do any cutting of the hole to get 5" to fit in there?

not for the main speaker just for the tweeters but very easy as the panel is easy to remove.

looking at your lovely speakers is making me cry, i took mine to a very high profile speaker company to get the mother of upgrades but i came away with a dirty big hole in my fuel tank !!!!!! i drove home high as a kite

so please be careful its now 6 weeks to get a new tank .so my total time driving is about 8 days in 3 months , i had a full set of tyres put on 2 months ago i dont think its moved since.
