does anyone use these to remove their wheels? if so which one do you recommend? can you set a torque and for that mater what torque do you set your wheel nuts?
I've seen a Clarke electric impact driver for around £60 but am concerned it would over tighten nuts

I'd only use an impact driver for undoing things. Use a proper torque wrench to tighten things up.

I have a Clarke electric impact driver but I mostly use it to free up seized nuts and bolts after I've had a go with spanners/sockets etc.

I've got a couple of DeWalt cordless ones that I use for removing bolts. I do use them for running nuts on but always tighten with a torque wrench.
