removing front indicators

Just started a bonnet conversion so while the bonnets are off and out of the way, decided to remove the clear front indicators . Do they push into the body, or pull out through the front. They have loosened, but I don't wamt to break them.

They push into the body, it's a horrible feeling trying to push them out without damaging anything else.

Cheers. Ive already broke the near side lens! Any clues what they are off?

I think the originals were off an old landrover defender but if you want clear lenses then it's a TVR only item.
