I have had several gripes since owning my Tuscan from new and have come very close to selling it.
I thought I'd give it one more chance and took it to Leven for a service and to have some problems that were driving me mad looked at.
After two days with them I have driven away in what seems like a different car and without a doubt the handling,engine,braking in fact everything has never felt as good,even when I first picked the car up.I'm not exagerating when I say that it actually feels like a different car to drive,its smoother running and I felt I had to post on here as its a job very well done.
How many dealers service people take the time to thoroughly inspect each tyre for damage,look for small items like squeaking rear windows,roof bolts being properly aligned,windscreen washer units functioning properly?? In my past experience none.
If anyone out there is unhappy with any aspect of servicing from their current garage of choice I would suggest you take it to a company that actually care about your car as if it was their own.
I picked my car up at 6.30 drove home stunned and went out at 9 and this is the first thing I've done since I got back indoors as I've been driving it for about 3 1/2 hours as I can't believe the difference.
It's basically meant that I'll be keeping it, as it now feels like it should have done in the first place so well done to Dan,Simomn and Julie at Leven.
