Ash, I'd be a bit careful about making such sweeping statements on a public board, no matter the amount of truth in them (and that wasn't a loaded statement implying that it is/isn't true).

I don't think anything ever came of that....at the time it seemed like Mr Melling went suspiciously quiet (wasn't there supposed to be a presentation about it too, which was also cancelled?).

Anyway, no non-TVR solutions to the alledged problem at the moment, I don't think.

I will come back with the info soon, to when this job is available to us Speed 6 owners.

For now, I advise we dont talk much more about it, there are some matters that need to be resolved at this stage.

There are contractual laws and agreements flying around.... tonnes of them. There WAS a HUGE dispute.

My engineers have the info, and they can do the job and warrant the work. Obviously they have been in comms with the relevant parties to come to some form of agreement.

Ash, can you drop me a mail about it if it's OK to do so... would be interested in adding any details from that to the other S6 related info I've been collecting...

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?

First everything goes quiet on the melling talk and solution, then John Ravenscroft takes a break from TVR. Have they seen sense and got Al back to sort the problem?

I guess we'll never know as that would be an admission by TVR of a design problem and lead to a fair amount of legal action.
