Boot stopped opening

Hi all,

The boot on the Tuscan has stopped opening. The doors function as normal, and I've tried arming and disarming the alarm, but to no avail. When I press the button to open the boot I no longer hear the noise of the catch releasing.

Can anyone tell me how to open this manually (on here or via email if it's "secret"), as I'm down to 1 litre of petrol(!).
