MK1 pepperpot grille fixing

Could anyone send me any info about the mounting points for the MK1 Pepperpot grille please?

Mine has the later style at the moment, and looks like it fixes differently to the original.

Any pic's would be appreciated!

I thought on mine (2004) when I had it off to repair a crack that it was simply 3 or 4 self tappers through the rear flap into the fibreglass bodywork behind (ie below the service bonnet gubbins). I think you can just drill new holes for a tight pickup. Crawling under it just now, that does appear to be the case.
