Evening Guys

Just had Nitrons fitted and am well pleased with them.

Now considering an exhaust upgrade either CCC or the Oval ones supplied by TVR-Power, sorry I forgot the name.

Also which is the best Origin B2, Snooper, Road Angel.

Safe driving this weekend

Have CCC cans fitted on mine, as well as having it de-catted. It's the most ferocious, malevolant sound you've ever heard out of a Tiv. You HAVE to do it - it makes children cry, etc.

Small print added to every post from now on: And it's for sale if anyone's interested...

Can someone please buy it quickly. This is going to get painful.

It's a hell of a deal for the money and I hope you shift it quickly.

hi, mine is decated with ccc's it sounds superb!! order them now! i also have the origin b2 which i think works very well with the tuscan it can also be linked very easily to the LRC laser jammer/garage opener ! i think luca brazzi has this set up aswell! i would avise against the snooper as i have one in my other car and is no where near as good as the b2, i cant comment on the road angel 2, but it also seems to have good reports and the fact that it can be transfered to other cars very easily. if you search the forums you will find quite abit, hope this is of some help?

Well thanks guys sounds like the Origin B2 will be the one.

Has anyone out there got the TVR Power exhaust upgrades and what do you reckon them?

Whats the best place, yes I mean cheapest to get the CCC and if you have them de cated do you have trouble at MOT time?

I've just ordered the stainless steel cans from CCC after hearing them on another tusc at the weekend. Cost was £270 plus £7.50 for delivery.

The cans you've got, are they the blue flame shark nose ones from TVR power?

Got CCC cans, got de-cat, got latest matching ECU from TVR Power. Also got a brand new MOT certificate with perfectly legal emissions printout from the other week, too. No problems at all. [Insert sales pitch for a car with all this here]

Not sure what the readings would be on the original ECU, tho...

Per pair. That's for the stainless steel ones (which I prefer). Think the other, fancier looking ones cost a bit more.

wow. that's surprising.. didn't think it'd get through an MOT without em.

as for the advice about decatting.. having been there and done that.. and stuck em back on, I'd urge you to find someone who is cat-less and go for a ride. If you still like it go for it.

too loud for me. felt too much like a hood rat numpty personally.

You're not half as surprised as I was. Was all ready for having to thrash the nuts off the car, then test it while it was still red hot, etc. Not one reading was over 30% of the maximum allowable, so even after a few years of it gradually degrading, I can't see it failing. Good stuff!

Agree it's worth seeing what one's like first, as it is bl**dy loud. Seriously, you'll not have heard anything like it. But, I love it... even when I'm stuck in traffic, I have all manner of different burbles, pops, crackles, rasps, etc. to keep me amused. I wouldn't have it any other way. It's totally changed the S6 from sounding like a sewing machine to having something approaching a true V8 rumble at low RPM (and a Nascar howl at the top end of the rev range).

Got a week or so before I can pick it up. The waiting is killing me!
