Has anyone here changed from standard?

If so with what and how much?

Quite fancy a slightly chunkier wheel.

Pics would be great.

Cheers

I changed one on my Tamora, would think it is the same wheel as the Tuscan. The boss behind the wheel was universal and had two sets of 6 holes with 2 different PCD's, 30 degrees apart. I would think if you have this boss, most aftermarket wheels would fit. I went for the Mountney D type with Black and scarlet leather to match the interior and silver anodysed spokes. Waited 2 months for delivery though?

The original horn push and centre fitted, looks quite subtle and original.

My IT skills won't let me post any pictures, sorry

Hilti.

Phoned the factory today, apparently T350 wheel will not fit!

Sorry don't like the TVR Power wheel.

I fitted a Momo to mine, much better feel and quality than the tat that was fitted. The universal boss didn't have the holes in the right places though (only one set of holes on mine), but it was a simple matter to drill and tap it correctly.
I did fit nylok nuts on the fixing bolts just to be 100% safe.

Terry,

No such a word as can't or won't only a challenge.

If you measure diagonaly across the fixing bolts to check your PCD you can compare this against other aftermarket S/wheels. Or take off the existing S/wheel and measure the holes in the boss, you can also check if there are 2 sets of holes at same time.

I too don't like some of the fussy wheels on the market, think when you upgrade a car the best changes complement the existing rather than being in yer face.

Hilti.

I have a momo millennium, which is identical to the tvr power one, but without that "thing" that runs from the centre to the 6 o clock position. It was £125 inc vat at a "alloy wheel max power" type place I didn't fit the centre ring but modified the TVR horn push to fit. It my son is reading this he can photo it and post it here. MICHAEL

I had a Momo fitted during the build by TVR with the centre section in Portland grey to match the interior. The buttons are on the back as on an original, I personally love the feel and look of it but others on here think it's horrid! Each to his own but hey as I said I love it!
