decat pipe (am i obvious or wot?)

okay, its THAT time. i have to do something to it. its just sitting there. looking at me. unmodified. brimming with malevolence. and, frankly looking a bit grubby.
but i cant clean it, that would b watsing valuable time and my hands would get cold. so, OBVIOUSLY, the logical thing to do is get myself a decat. you see, you can justify anything with the promise of non-cold hands. anyone know the best place to get one/ a pair?(is there one or two cats? im guessing two, but i take nothing for granted now im a TVR owner. Remember gang, i am an imposter cos im cerbera driver but i have the speed 6 engine which means none of the bigger boys on the cerb forum can help with decat places. so, any thoughts? other than rude ones?
id really appreciate your help, wot the heck, ill get the winning post-er a wham bar and a packet of foamy frogs. now, tell me youve had a better offer than that recently...

LOUD oh, bugger. pennisular dont seem to sell 'em anymore. got any other ideas, anyone?
and, are they great alan? im really hoping it'll drown out the sound of my bank account diminishing (since TVR ownership its been making that sucking noise like the last bath water out of the plug hole).

I had a Cerb, decat and sports pipes (4.5) and the S6 is louder.

oh, do'h. im gaining a huge amount of mixed mesages here. if you do a search everyone whose done a decat says 'go for it' (possibly in a mock american accent, cant be sure, theres no emoticon for that), yet a lot of you good folk are saying 'divvant bother like' (insert geordie accent emoticon here). so what to do?
im more than happy with the power, dont really wanna lose any thats for sure. my two main reasons for this change are improving the noise (ie INCREASING the noise) and benefiting from the supposed better throttle response (actually, now i think about it thats really one reason and one p*ss-poor excuse, but you get my point)(even in these trousers).
so what to do for the best? new sports exhaust thingies? if so which ones?
or do i do the thing where i remove the wadding from the centre section as someone else suggested?
your thoughts on this burning issue would be greatly appreciated.
