Where are all the Tuscan S owners ?

Thinking seriously about a Tuscan S but there doesnt seem to any postings on PH about any specific issues !!
Can someone tell me what to look out for ? Any particular year to buy/avoid etc also if the brakes are up to the track without further mods ?
Thanks in advance.
PS - Forgot to mention I am also tempted by a Grif having owned a 5.0 Chim previoulsy. Any views ?

Not really aware of any 'S' specific issues to be honest.
Reading on here, rather than experience teels me:
- S6 problems still can occur
- Standard 'S' suspension still isn't a patch on Nitrons
Experience tells me:
- My driveway will account for my front spoiler sooner rather than later.
PS. Buy one.

Quite a few S owners on here. Including me.
No issues that I'm aware of. Other than the norm, ie engines after June-ish 2002 seem very good.
Brakes are brilliant.
Car is brilliant all round. Quite nippy I would say.
I also had a 400SE
A Griff 4.3
And 2 Griff 500s.
In my experience the Tuscan S is way ahead, in
looks, reliability (therefore running costs), power and handling. IMO sounds bloody great too.

love my mk2 S to bits. to me it was never a question, was always going to be an S. by the time I had added a few optional extras to the basic car (air con. 4.0l engine, 18" wheels, nitrons, dab radio, leather steering wheel) why not go the full hog and get an S which has all the extras, and a few bits you cant get added like the spoilers, brakes (??)
Now that I have flushed a couple of S owners out into the open any views of an S against a T350c ? I want the car for Sunday morning blasts and probably 5 or 6 track days across the summer.
1. Will I feel a speed difference in the real world?
2. I suspect the T350 may handle better on the track?
3. Brakes - dont want to really have to do any upgrades (dont mind replacing what I wear) Will I have issues with either on the track ?
Thankss for the input. Hope to sort something this weekend and will let you know what I end up with

I have been wondering for a while if this applies to the mk2 anybody got any ideas
Mk2 is just the same steering rack/suspension as a Tam/T350 AFAIK (I am happy to be corrected by someone more in the know, however).
If this is the case, it's a considerably better set up than a standard Tusc, but still not a match for Nitrons (i.e. a Tusc on Nitrons should be better handling than a Tam/T350). Now, Nitrons on a Mk2/Tam/T350... THAT would be nice.
