I was just reversing the Tuscan into the garage this afternoon and opened the window so I could judge how much room I had. Not sure how this happened, perhaps I accidentally caught the window switch but the window started to close with my head still in it. Looking back it can be quite amusing, but the point is the window wasn't going to stop and I had to quickly pull my head out. I now have a swollen face(could be an improvement) but it seems there is obviously no safety mechanism there.

Seriously though good word of warning. If you're anything like me I have no idea which I way to turn that bloody knob

It's Ok to laugh, it's quite a funny scenario when you think of it but it wasn't funny at the time. The window motor was very powerful and I think if I hadn't had pulled my head put quickly I could have broken my jaw, it's still a bit swollen and painfull this morning. Like you I can never remember which way to turn the switch, but the window usually only moves a bit at a time but this time it went all the way for some reason.

Typical TVR, no safety features!
