Is it just me!?

I've got the volume set so that it's just about audible for the indicators. And of course it loves to sing at you while the doors are open. Then it's audible above the usual front end clattering.

All well and good, but there must be a harmonic from the engine noise or the exhaust note, because sometimes I have days when I imagine the pod's beeping at me every few miles!

How foolish am I?

...or do others get this?

I'm sure mine waits for me to become engrossed with whats going on outside and then beep for a nanosecond, because as soon as I look at the pod theres no evidence of anything wrong. It must be jealous because of me concentating on the road and not paying enough attention it!

yeh.. the doors open. that really gets on my t*ts that... I mean.. I'm warming it up in the garage and I don't want to close the door just in case it won't let me in again... so I need to fart about lowering a window then closing the door. arg. Some sort of override would be great.

As for indicators...I can't hear em with the roof off at all... and the dash indicator lights are pathetic.. I've went miles with them on before... now building up a habit like when I'm on the bike..of just automatically checking the indicators are off overy few minutes (life or death on the bike if you leave one on and some muppet drives out in front of you).

And yeh... I hear ghost beeps all the time.. I think it's because I'm trying to listen so closely to hear the beep above the engine that everything starts to sound like a beep.

Erm, like the message which says "press display to cancel" when the beeping starts? At least that's what it says on my 2003 version!
