Gear selection when hot

I guess this has been done before, but I can’t find it with a quick search.
24k 2001 Tuscan, has been fine but now gear selection has become difficult when the engine is hot. From cold all notches can be selected normally. What’s this going to be, clutch itself, slave cylinder seals or something else? Whichever I guess it will be expensive.

Not so good. I didn't think there were many gearbox problems? (It's a revamp of the box previously used on the Griff and Chim, n'est-ce pas?)
Really sweet box, when it's all running smoothly. Benefits from taking a little care over the selection. First, third and fifth are all too close for my liking and comfort!
