Loan car - boot wont open - Need petrol

Can someone pls send me a mail confirming I have not missed something and in order to open the boot I just press the badge. Boot wont open. Loan car from dealer while my t350 is being sorted. I need petrol. Use to own Chim so I know there will be another way. Can someone please let me know. Thanks.

I sometimes have to push the bottom of the badge and then roll my thumb upwards, if that makes sense, to get the switch to activate. It can be a bit iffy sometimes.

Tried that....still not open. Thanks anyway. More help needed pls......

tried it again and it has worked. It all in the technique. Thanks. NO more helped needed.
