The rubber trim / seal at the bottom of the windscreen - is this a custom fit, TVR piece or is it standard issue, straight off the reel at autowindscreens?

Auto windscreens came out to my house to replace my wifes Corsa screen. The fitter saw my Tusc and commented they are a nightmare to fit the trims back into place. He did say that if the rubber is badly damaged removing the old screen a new rubber from TVR is required. May be worth you checking up with a few screen fitting companies before you call one out.

They have to order a seal kit from TVR as I recall

My dealer has an autoglass person they regularly use and trust to do a good job, they get autoglass to replace at their premises that way they can check they use the right seals and parts.

All the sweeter if it's an insurance job!

Might be worth giving the dealer a ring.
