Hi everyone I became the very proud owner of a Tuscan 10 days ago & yesterday drove it with the roof on for first time since I picked it up & there is an annoying rattle from roof above my head at the rear of the removable panel.
Is there an easy fix or do TADTS ? On test drive thought it was the back window (which Gorners replaced for the new larger one)but it is definately the roof & when driving on uneven surfaces it can be annoying!.

Thanks
Howard.

Hi Howard
Try putting a velcro strip along the rear bodywork.
You may have to replace occasionally, but it should stop the rattle.

Roof rattling will generally come from one of three places:
* Rear of panel where it's knocking/rubbing against the bodywork
* Front of panel where it's knocking/rubbing against the bodywork
* The catch at the front of the panel

Fixing (3) should fix (2). Alternatively, (1) and (2) can generally be fixed, as Lady T says, by a strip of velcro to cushion the panels. (3) can generally be fixed by adjusting the catch - it's a screw in jobbie, so can be length-adjusted to grip firmer.
