Yep.
1. Get into the boot.
2. Remove those two plastic plugs off the back of the boot. You should (if your arms are thin enough) be able to reach up to the switch mechanism through those holes. If not, you'll need to pull the carpetting down around the switch.
3. The switch is attached be two bolts (with nuts) - one at either end of the badge, with a spring in the middle.
You can either adjust the nuts to give it more travel, replace the spring, take it all apart and clean it, or anything you like. Would probably suggest stripping the whole thing down, cleaning it, and putting it back together.
