Is any one able to tell me what this electrical connector is for (red circle) or is it spare?

Hanging down at the right rear of the block close to the coils, unlike most other wires it isn't labelled.

Could you repeat the answer here for future ref? Not everyone uses the TVRCC forums.

"It should be labelled - just like all the other connectors on the loom, so it's been lost/knocked off over time.

My guess is that it is for the anti-knock sensor that TVR had thought about mounting on the block. If you rummage around at the front of the engine, you'll find a similar connector (should be labelled) for the front 3 cylinders."
