purchase of speed 6

hi all....
new member here,,

I am just about to buy a 2002 speed 6, red rose, in bright yellow.....10k miles,,,I know the car,, and have had it for a weekend,, track day fun,,, once before,,,

just wondering if anyone would give me some info on what might be worth checking before handing over the reddies,,

car has been sitting about for about a year,, but regularly driven around block to keep everything working,,,,, engine was rebuilt at about 6k i believe,,,,

Knowledge of the car is good, as long as you can be certain on its accuracy. I would be concerned if the car had been pretty much standing for a year though.
