Pedal Box Adjustment

I want to move my pedal box back a bit. Is this a DIY job? Also, are there preset positions and, if so, what is the distance between each position?

According to my dealer its quite a big job. So much so that they are very keen for it to be done in the factory on new cars if possible.

It can be a do it yourself job, I did mine you need very small fingers to get to each of the 6 bolts especially when putting them back in, and a lot of swearing.

The car needs to be raised at least a foot in the air so that you can drill the floor for the new bolt holes from underneath. The holes are already in the outrigger underneath and are spaced at 1" intervals, standard TVR is in the middle position, best of luck!.

To wrap up this thread, there are three positions for the pedal box. My dealer charged me an hour's labour to reposition mine from "middle" to "for lanky people".

I think that's pretty reasonable Itchy. IIRC my dealer thought it usually took about 2 hours.
