Inner door trims

Anyone know how to get the inner door trims off? The windows are getting sooooo sloowww and I want to clean and oil the mechanism

There's 3 (4??) allen head bolts in the bottom of the door pocket. Take them out & the trim slides out from under the ally strip on the top of the door.

let us know how you get on simon, my drivers door is doing the same thing when it gets about half down. be interested to know if all it needs is a bit of oil.
