More dials -maybe Oil Temp and Pressure...?
Discussion
What gauges does the Tuscan have?
Oil Pressure is a must
Oil Temperature is good to have.
I also have a Fuel Pressure gauge in my S.
If there is a clock, I'd remove that for a more important gauge as you have many more ways of telling the time.

I have this one in my chim. I replaced the standard oil pressure gauge which was pretty useless and vague with the Spa, (which is illustrated) gauge but with a matching brushed silver outer bezel to match the other gauges.
Oil temperature generally follows water temperature pretty much exactly on the road but on track, oil temperature soars up and that’s what you need to keep an eye on.

Why bother? You've already got them on the display anyway.
They'd be easier to see - have you tried to spot 12pt with the sun shining on it?And cause dials are cool...
I always managed with the LCD display for oil temp and I used it alot as I had a sump heater so was always interested to see what the temp did when I started to drive
