Le Mans 2005 - essentials for a Tuscan

Folks - heading to Le Mans and so have some Tuscan specific questions which I would really appreciate guidance on. Have checked out PH Le Mans site in detail already.
- Headlamp beam convertors/adaptors? Anyone had experience of where to buy/what to buy?
- Spare bulb kits – any recommendations as to what bulbs I need to take for the Tuscan?
- Coolant; am going to take a bottle of 50% water/50% coolant; any recommendations as to the best brand?
- GB Sticker; have not got on my number plate, so any other way to avoid adherance to the paintwork (have been out of UK for years so not sure what options open now?).

Ahhaa - fellow Tuscan driver off to the loonacy that is Le Mans!
- Headlamp beam convertors/adaptors? I've never actually used these?
- Spare bulb kits – good point, I'll have to speak to the dealer!
- GB Sticker; - numberplate one will suffice
I'm going over to Cherbourg on the eve of 15th, then driving down in the morning of the 16th. You'll be able to spot the my car - it's the blue one with massive white stripes on it!!!

What is that photo in your profile of last years le mans, wat u holdin? speedin ticket?
hi, just wrote a long reply to this post, and just deleted it,aah @#'$ing computer, anyway just got a beer and am starting again, but alot more brief.
i dont bother with light converters, but i carry a roll of black electric tape in the car so in the very unlikely event of being stopped you can stick some on.
i would not stick the GB sticker on my car, either dont use one and if you were to be asked where it was say it blew/fell off, or if you have the back window in wedge it in one of the corners. i really dont think u will have a problem.
if this year is as hot as last year i find that because im tall that when i drive for a long time 4+ hours at high speed with the roof off and window out it starts to give me a headache from the buffering so carry ear plugs, which helps!

Asked the guy who will do my servicing re head light converters the other week before my trip to France last w/e...not needed says he Tuscan lights are flat beamed..
me so I didn't bother. How the hell you can stick something over a lens less than 100mm across beats me.
Bulb kits ...have a butchers in the owners handbook
that will tell you ..got mine from Hellfrauds.
GB sticker..don't bother most GB cars don't.
Coolant ..water mate. it aint going to freeze over there .
Best advice is keep the mincers peeled French plod love to ping the Brits.Mind you missed us coming out of Dunkerque at a steady rate of 061mph(spelling)

Well of sorts yes - I was fined 45Euro for 'Acceleration Massive' from the roundabout in Arnage down the street. I tried to state that I couldn't have been accelerating very quickly as the wheels where clearly spinning and I was virtually stationary
I soon changed my tune though when vehicle transporters where mentioned!!!!
Halfords do a self cling GB sticker that fits v.nicely in the rear window of a Tuscan! My S has a TVR tool box in the back with bulbs fuses etc. On the subject of headlights I'm just going to take some black tape and show willing if stopped by plod!! See you all at Le Mans (leaving for France on Saturday the 11th - sports cars and sunshine in the Loire valley for a week
