Tuscan on Top Gear
Discussion
Well Mr Mack, it will be worth waiting for, I do hope yours arrives as planned, as mine arrived 3 weeks after it's due date, Hey-ho, it's here now, and 1000mile service completed. Let the good times role!
As for the wipers being very poor Andy, I have to disagree, mine are (touching wood) perfect...they don't lift off, and surprisingly, they actually wipe the rain off without smearing!

A button on a wing mirror complicated? Complicated, but only for the dumb! It aint complicated. It just not slap bang on the back of the door screaming door handle. But other than that it aint too difficult to operate!
Its also sad that a car specific program has to resort to the success of a cars design and build quality to whether Joe Bloggs can start it in 1 minute. Top gear... best watched with the sound turned off. (with the exception of DB9's through tunnels and the tvr down the striaght
)

)I can't believe how much time was wasted in the feature labouring the point about the Tuscan's non-standard entry/exit procedures. Who gives a flying
whether some random spod from a factory can or cannot get in/out of the Tuscan? If they buy one then they'll be shown - end of story. If anything it makes the car less likely to be the subject of random car theft.
The rest of the feature made some valid points, but to me that just proved the point that they were going to have a go at the car regardless. Still - the lap time showed what the car is really capable of in the hands on someone who knows what they're doing...

I dont own a Tuscan 2 (Yet!!!! but the misses is sounding more keen every time we see one). But I believe its just by a start button on the centre consol, assuming you have the immobiliser key fob within the car. (any owners wish to confirm?)
seems to me like a good bit free security

I thought some of the points raised in TG were spot on. Why complicate getting in and out of a car?
It's not complicated at all.
The fact that the way to get in and start the car is not known to every scrote and car thief is bloody positive. When a decent driver got behind the wheel it pissed round the track much faster than that awful 50's Jag in drag.
Clarkson is a t
t and the fact that the dwarf doesn't like TVR's is no surprise. Did you see how close he had to sit to the wheel of the Aston? Gassing Station | Tuscan | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
