The pod display is sensitive to the temperature, mine has lines missing, some days worse than others
You can sometimes get the lines you say, try adjusting the "contrast" on the menu screen, this might help?
I keep thinking about getting mine done, however the loss of the car(the pod is sent away)for 10/14days and a £200 plus bill puts me off
Some one on here reckons it was a cheap fix, with a 10p part? but we heard nothing else after asking how to fix

Some one on here reckons it was a cheap fix, with a 10p part? but we heard nothing else after asking how to fix Mine had a similar problem with a single line lost at first, developing to five and six lines at random times after a few months. The problem was perhaps dependant on heat/humidity, although could just be randomness...
I think it cost about £90 quid at the factory and an hour at each end for the dealer to get my pod out and put it back. £200 is about right, though Gorners did the whole job in a week.
