Exhaust Again

My exhaust stub has cracked again :rolleyes: but I have spoken to an exhaust builder yesterday and we have come up with a solution (I hope). The car is going in on Tues to have a mod to the rear section which involves removing the rear boxes and replacing with a pipe section.
My only concern is the noise level, has anybody removed their back boxes? and if so has much louder is it?
I will post some pics on Tues night.

would this have a similar noise increase to when you sleeve the rear box of a Chimaera? If so, could be mental!!

It wont actually have any silencing at all, as I have CCC cans which are straight through. The only retriction is the cats.
